3kv DC Pin Hole Tester

To check if any pin holes are there in enamel covering from where current can be leaked which can lead to failure of coil in end application. This test is to carry out continuity of covering of wire. The test determines the integrity of the insulation of the wire to a detection circuit which indicates the number of faults.

Breakdown Voltage Tester

To check the maximum voltage which the enamel covering can sustain for a twisted wire. The voltage is gradually increased in this machine and the point at which enamel covering fails is the maximum voltage that wire sample can sustain.

Cut Through Tester

It is to know thermal properties by applying both Mechanical and electrical strength together to check the level of temperature the wire can sustain.

Die Polishing Machine

It is a machines which checks the quality of Drawing dies and does required polishing of the die if it is worn out.

Elongation Tester

It is to know the Elongation of wire which defines the softness of wire which is important factor while winding of wire for making coils.

Heat Shock Machine

The wire is put this machine for a specific time under a specific temperature and tested after that. The wire should not have any cracks or roughness to pass this test.

Jerk Tester

The jerk test is used to know the flexibility and adherence of the enameled copper wire. This test consist of a jerk tester and a magnification device to check if any cracks or loss if adhesion.

Mandrel Machine

Wire is made into a spring under a small shaft by rotation. The flexibility is checked under magnification device to pass this test.

Peel off Tester

The Peel off tester is also used to know the flexibility and adherence of the enameled copper wire. This tester consists of a Peel tester and a scraper for removal of the enamel. The rotating fixture rotates and the turns at which enamel peels of is measured to check the readings.

Resistance Tester

This test is done to know the resistance of a wire for a meter of length. The test is to be done at 20 degree Celsius. Resistance is dependent on purity of copper and bare diameter of conductor.

Soderbath

This instrument is used for Self solderable wires. The test indicates if the soldering property of the wire is proper or not.

Springiness Tester

It is used to the know the Springiness of a wire. The softness of the wire us defined in this test by measuring the degree on this test.

Tan Delta Machine

This machine gives us a graph with a Tan delta bending point which indicates whether the curing of enamel on bare copper wire is done properly or not.

Twister

It is a hand driven device with a counter fitted to twist specific number of turns of the wire. This is usually used for measuring Breakdown voltage tester.
